Refund Policy

At Reaper Supplies, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beltran_armando@ymail.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used health and supplement products
• Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at beltran_armando@ymail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
