Thank you for shopping at Reaper Supplies! We're committed to getting your animal health and poultry care products to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options for all U.S. orders:
- Standard Shipping — $11.99 | 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — $20.00 | 2–3 business days
- Free Shipping — Orders of $300.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at beltran_armando@ymail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
